A comforting twist on a classic latte, this recipe combines the earthy sweetness of bee pollen with the creamy richness of coconut milk and the nutritious benefits of Rosita Bee Bread. Perfect for a nourishing morning boost or a mid-afternoon pick-me-up! 

 

Ingredients

 

1/4 tsp Rosita Bee Bread

• 1 cup coconut milk, heated

• 3/4 cup hot coffee

• 1 tbsp honey 

 

Method

 

1. Prepare the Base: In a large mug, add the Rosita Bee Bread and pour in a small amount (about 3 tbsp) of hot coffee. Stir well until the bee bread is fully dissolved to create a smooth base.

 

2. Sweeten the Blend: Add honey to the base mixture, stirring until it’s well incorporated. The honey adds a natural sweetness that complements the bee pollen’s unique flavor.

 

3. Combine and Froth: Pour in the remaining hot coffee, then slowly add the heated coconut milk. Froth or stir the mixture until well-blended and creamy.

 

4. Garnish and Serve: For an extra health boost and a beautiful finish, sprinkle a touch more Rosita Bee Bread on top.
