Hot Chocolate recipe (for 1 person)

1.5 heaped Teaspoons of Raw Cacao Powder (no sugar)
2 Tablespoons of Ghee
1 Tablespoon of Brain Octane (MCT/XCT oil)
1/2  Teaspoon of Vanilla powder
1 cup of boiling water

Optional extra’s
A couple of drops of Stevita Stevia if you like a touch of sweetness
1 or 2 eggs  for a thicker/creamier texture (only if you have a blender***)
1 tablespoon of collagen protein (for joints)

Blend all of this up, and reheat*** to the desired temperature.
Alternatively pop it in a shaker that you can secure a decent lid on as hot liquids/air can expand when shaken!

Top tip: the frother spiral really helps get the thick creamy head on it.

***I bought a Thermomix a year ago, and it’s probably the most used item in my kitchen.
It blends AND heats so perfect for this recipe, Bulletproof coffee too.  You want to ensure that you heat the eggs to between 65-75 degrees to cook the egg white.
