QUESTION 1Where are you based?
We are a UK based company. Our products ship from our warehouse in Bracknell to guarantee fast local deliveries.
QUESTION 2Who packs your orders?
For all UK and EU orders we currently use a company called UCS who are located in Bracknell, UK. They pick our orders up until 5pm Monday to Friday. The carrier used to deliver the order will be determined by the service selected.
QUESTION 3How can I pay for my order?
We have the options of PayPal, Credit Card or direct bank transfer. PayPal will allow you to use either your Paypal account or a credit card, even as a guest. If you do not have a credit card you can always opt to use the direct bank transfer, just make sure you use your order number as a reference – your order will only be dispatched once funds have appeared in our account.
QUESTION 4Is my payment secure?
Yes, we use PayPal Pro who run the latest in security and fraud prevention technologies to ensure your payment is safe and secure. Just look for the padlock in the address bar which means the website is running a secure encryption. You can always click on the padlock to view the ‘security certificate’ information.
Your order should usually take between 1 and 5 working days to reach you, depending on your location and what time you place your order. International shipping will take a little longer, and orders outside the EU may take an extra couple of days to clear customs. Sometimes international parcels are held up due to circumstances beyond our control. If you require your international order by a certain date please get in touch before placing your order. You are responsible for ensuring that you are able to import the products into your country.
QUESTION 6Do you have timed or Saturday delivery?
Yes, we do offer both timed and Saturday deliveries. This will become available to you during check out. Please make sure you select the appropriate option at the check-out.
QUESTION 7Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. If you find that there is not an option to ship to your country then please send us an email via the 'Contact Us' page and we will work out a shipping quote for you. You must ensure that the product is able to be imported into your country and will not be seized at the border.
QUESTION 8What is your returns policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned unused and with the original product packaging intact in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). QUESTION 9Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes you can, if you go to your My account page you will be able to manage your subscriptions. This will include cancelling a subscription, changing payment method and changing address.
If you have added a subscription to your cart then the bank transfer option will disappear. This is because the subscription can only be used with PayPal.
QUESTION 11Can you fulfill special orders of products that are not on
your site but are of the same brand as those you carry?
If there is something we do not carry on the site but is one of the brands we stock, you can send us a request and we will contact our suppliers to see if we are able to get hold of it for you. If it is requested a lot then we will look to stock it as a standard item. Please note that special orders may incur an extra delivery charge that may be passed on from our supplier.
