Rosita Extra-Virgin Cod Liver Oil (EVCLO) is crafted in small batches from wild cod (Gadus morhua) sustainably harvested by line and pole from the pristine waters of Norway. An exclusive Rosita method extracts the oil and preserves the delicate nutrients that are naturally present in wild cod livers.
Rosita EVCLO softgel capsules are well suited to people who need to take their oils on-the-go. EVCLO softgels do not require refrigeration and are small in size and coated in 100% fish gelatin softgel capsule, making them easy to swallow.
The softgels are more expensive per serving however, due to the high cost of production on this item, which is why the liquid oil is more economical for everyday use. The liquid is much better value than the softgels, with up to 3 times the amount of omega-3s and fat-soluble vitamins when you compare the two bottles side by side.

Rosita hand-selects only the best quality livers before storing within a dark, oxygen-free environment at a temperature just slightly warmer than the ocean. This helps the livers to naturally release the delicate oils without the need for chemicals, heat or pressure.

Sensitive individuals: Begin by taking 1 softgel daily.
Preconception, pregnant, & nursing mothers:: Do not exceed more than 3 softgels daily. Consult with a physician before taking this supplement.
Low and slow: Rosita is a high-quality product, therefore it’s critically important to start slowly, with a low dosage. For example, 1 softgel (or less) every other day, until you can determine how the oil affects your body and what dosage feels right for you.

Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil Softgels packaging has recently changed from plastic to glass with an aluminium lid.
Due to the air-tight nature of the aluminium lid, some customers may have difficulty opening the bottle. To make it easier to open, simply tap the outside edges of the lid a few times with a kitchen butter knife. This should make the lid easier to open. Please do not exert undue pressure on the bottle.
You may also notice a little extra space in the new glass bottle, but there are still 90 Softgels in your bottle as before.
It is excellent quality, with no artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives. It is gluten and dairy free. EVCLO softgels are a great source of natural vitamin A and D and are easy to take.
Rosita EVCLO softgels are a high-quality supplement and easy to carry with you wherever you go. They contain all of Nature's healing fatty acids (EPA and DHA), along with naturally occurring micronutrients, such as vitamin A and D.
