Kids brains may be more sensitive to environmental junk light than adult brains. TrueDark® technology is great for kids. Use Twilights when reading to them at night. Combined with daytime use of TrueDark Daylights glasses (sold separately), you’ll experience 24-hour protection from junk light.
TrueDark® red lensed eyewear helps to tell the body it’s dark, and prepare the body for sleep. Wear them while reading, playing or watching TV. When your little one goes to bed, they may fall asleep seamlessly and sleep restfully. Twilights glasses are also great for managing time-zone shifts, such as when travelling. Another great use is for those kids who get up in the middle of the night and need to get back to sleep quickly. For those who live in far northern climates where it’s light well into the night, Twilights glasses can provide “early darkness” for better summertime sleep.
Kids Twilights are also great for helping children fall asleep at earlier bedtimes, even when it's still bright outside.
