We will give you an initial consultation (free of charge) to understand which areas need addressing and what is driving your quest for health. We will then provide you with a bespoke program and support you to reach your goals.

There are a number of things that can affect sleep, but it is one of the most important things you can do to help yourself. We will provide you with a bespoke sleep coaching service to see if changes in your routine and diet can give you the rest you need.
If you live outside of London or are travelling a lot, online coaching can be an excellent option. Support with all areas including exercise, diet, and sleep coaching can be provided online to help you achieve your goals. . We also provide our full range of food sensitivity / functional lab testing via the online program.
Balancing yourself emotionally and reducing stress can do wonders for your physical and emotional state. We can look at functional lab testing to find internal stressors, put you through a health building program, provide heartmath guidance and more.

The consultation will be conducted as either a 15 minute skype conversation or a questionnaire where we will ask you a number of questions in relation to how you are feeling, what is working properly and what isn’t.
Following the consultation we can arrange any further testing that may be required to understand underlying problems, as well as a bespoke coaching program in health and / or exercise. We will then assign you the right coach, depending on what your requirements are.

Brad is an expert in Functional Movement Training, Nutrition, Muscle Activation Therapy and is also a Certified HeartMath coach.
Mark is a qualified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and a Bulletproof Performance Coach. Mark is also certified by the Institute of HeartMath to teach methods to transform stress and boost resilience.
Ryan is a certified health coach, personal trainer and a registered nutritionist. He is soon to become a registered nutritional therapist qualified with Institute for optimal nutrition (DipION) and registered with mBANT CNHC.
