Usage Instructions for Adults:

• Always start with a smidge! Start with one capsule daily with food. Gradually increase to two capsules together, or as directed by a certified healthcare practitioner.
• For sensitive adults: A smaller dose may be obtained by pulling apart the capsule and taking a portion of the contents.

Start Low and Slow:

• Smidge® supplements are high-quality; therefore, it's important to start slowly. Begin with a minimal dose every other day or even once a week until you determine how the supplement affects your body and what feels suitable.

How to Take:

• For best absorption, it’s recommended to take the probiotic with a meal or a spoonful of organic fat, such as butter, ghee, emu oil, or coconut oil.

• Moisture protection: Smidge® probiotics are freeze-dried and remain inactive until they come in contact with moisture. The freeze-dried organisms are sealed in a non-permeable bottle to protect against moisture during shipping and extended use and storage.
• Make sure to store the bottle in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt to ensure optimal freshness and efficacy.
