It is made exclusively from wild cod sustainably harvested from the pristine waters of Norway
Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil (EVCLO) is crafted in small batches from wild cod (Gadus morhua) sustainably harvested by line and pole from the pristine waters of Norway. An exclusive Rosita method extracts the oil without heat or chemicals.

Rosita Extra Virgin Fish Oils are tested for purity by leading European institutes, so you can be sure it meets strict European requirements.
All Rosita liquid bottles (both EVCLO and Ratfish Oil) are nitrogen-flushed in order to remove any oxygen prior to the bottle being sealed. This is done so that the product’s freshness is preserved during shipment in any temperatures.
Please note: Rosita EVCLO is a handcrafted product, and so sometimes availability is limited.
Best taken with food, as needed.
Adults: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon daily.
Sensitive individuals: 1 to 4 drops daily.
Pregnant and nursing mothers: Do not exceed more than ¼ teaspoon daily. Consult with a physician before taking this supplement.
Low and slow: Rosita is premium, pure and potent. Therefore, it’s critically important to start slowly, with a lower dosage than recommended. For example, a very small dose every other day, or even once a week, until you can determine how the supplement affects your body and what dosage feels right for you.

Oxidation (rancidity) can only occur in the presence of oxygen and is accelerated by heat and light.
All bottles of Rosita EVCLO Liquid 150ml are nitrogen flushed to remove oxygen as standard and also we have added a drop Rosemary oil - both measures are designed to extend the shelf life during transit and storage.

We aren't really allowed to give specific dosage recommendations for infants or children. If you or your child has never consumed fish or fish oil, or if you suspect a food allergy, consult your doctor prior to using a fish body oil/fish liver oil product.
We recommend you consult with your doctor before taking this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not exceed more than 3 softgels per serving per day or ¼ teaspoon of liquid EVCLO daily.
There is no need to be alarmed if your Rosita EVCLO Liquid does not arrive cold. Rosita EVCLO can withstand extended shipping times, even in hot climates. However, please be sure to refrigerate the EVCLO Liquid oil and to wait until it has reached fridge temperature BEFORE opening it.
Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil is a pure, real food product that’s raw, unprocessed and unadulterated with no additives. It also contains rich omega fatty acids. Because of these factors, it can get cloudy when refrigerated (although the cloudiness can vary from batch to batch). If your Rosita liquid is cloudy, just let it rest on the counter for a couple of minutes and give it a little shake before taking your dose.
Rosita test every batch of oil produced (both Ratfish Liver Oil and Cod Liver Oil) for organic contaminants.
The Norwegian authorities have some of the toughest regulations globally, and Rosita never release a product that does not pass both their very stringent tests.
Rosita bottles are Nitrogen flushed and contain natural Vitamin E and a drop of Rosemary oil. This protects the oil from oxidation and helps to extend the shelf life during transit and shipping. Once opened, it is recommended that you store Rosita tightly closed and in the fridge as oxidation can only occur in the presence of oxygen, and is accelerated by heat and light.
