Handcrafted in small batches from wild cod (Gadus morhua), the oil is carefully extracted using a method that avoids the use of heat, chemicals or mechanical processes.  This ensures the oils retain the exceptionally rich nutrient profile, and that the delicate fatty acids and naturally occurring vitamins remain intact. 

Rosita Real Foods is committed to sustainability.  The wild cod is exclusively sourced from the pristine waters of Norway, using hook and line on Rosita's own boats, a traditional method known for its sustainability and minimal impact on marine ecosystems. 

How Rosita tests their fish oils:

Rosita Extra Virgin fish oils are tested by using the following leading European Institutes (listed below) to make sure the products are pure, fresh and clean.

Each batch undergoes rigorous testing for heavy metals, organic contaminants, oxidation, bacteria, microplastics, and radioactivity.  Test results are available upon request.

• ALS Food & Pharmaceutical (UK) - ALS provide a comprehensive range of microbiological, physical an chemical testing services combined with industry leading technical expertise and customer service.

Preservation of freshness during shipping:

To ensure product freshness during shipping, all Rosita liquid bottles are nitrogen-flushed and sealed, minimising the impact of temperature changes. However, please be sure to refrigerate the EVCLO liquid oil and to wait until it has reached fridge temperature BEFORE opening it. 

Please note: Rosita EVCLO is a handcrafted product, and so sometimes availability is limited.

Best taken with food, as needed.

Adults: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon daily.

Sensitive individuals: 1 to 4 drops daily.

Pregnant and nursing mothers: Do not exceed more than ¼ teaspoon daily. Consult with a physician before taking this supplement.

Low and slow: Rosita is a high-quality product, therefore, it’s critically important to start slowly. For example, a very small dose every other day, or even once a week, until you can determine how the supplement affects your body and what dosage feels right for you.

Ingredients: Wild & Raw Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil (99.91%), Rosemary extract (0.04%) and non-GMO Vitamin-E (0.05%).

Allergens: Fish

Oxidation (rancidity) can only occur in the presence of oxygen and is accelerated by heat and light.

All bottles of Rosita EVCLO Liquid 150ml are nitrogen flushed to remove oxygen as standard and also we have added a drop Rosemary extract - both measures are designed to extend the shelf life during transit and storage.
