TrueDark® – Daylight Amber Elite

Detailed product information

TrueDark® Daylights glasses can help to filter the overabundance of junk light from artificial light sources when you are indoors, working on computers, watching TV, or anywhere else where artificial light is impacting your performance. Some blue light during the day is good for you, and TrueDark® Daylights will help you find the right balance of blue light exposure. An optimal 75% of blue light is blocked with the TrueDark® Daylights yellow lenses.

TrueDark® Daylights are designed to tone down the amount of the blue wavelengths that negatively impact your biology and may help to:

  • Block the harshest blue light wavelengths emitted by LEDs, electronics, phones, tablets, and computers.
  • Reduce daytime eye strain.
  • Support healthy sleep.
  • Support a healthy circadian rhythm.

TrueDark® yellow lensed eyewear is ideal for anyone who works in an environment lit with artificial blue light, who is exposed to long periods of blue artificial light (TVs, computers, tablets, phones, etc.). Yellow lensed glasses may help people who suffer from disrupted sleep-wake cycle/circadian rhythms.

Yellow lens eyewear is increasingly popular with shift workers, as they can be more sensitive to artificial lighting during the dark hours they are awake, which can disrupt a natural circadian rhythm.

The Daylights lenses are strategically designed using pure, durable, prescription grade polycarbonate lenses. This can result in true clarity of light and consistent junk light coverage throughout the scratch resistant lenses.
