XCT Oil (formerly known as Bulletproof® Upgraded™ MCT) is a solvent-free MCT with Caprylic and Capric acids. Medium-chain triglycerides work directly in cells to give you a boost. Due to the intense refining process, it does not trigger many common allergies.
Bulletproof XCT Oil is a unique energy source which is naturally found in small quantities in coconut oil. It is rapidly absorbed in your body and changes into ketones to give you long lasting energy from quality fats rather than sugar.
Adding Bulletproof XCT Oil into your diet may give you more energy, assist in weight management, and optimise performance. Use XCT to power your mind and body with quality fats.
XCT Oil can be easily added to any food or drink and enhances other flavours without altering taste. XCT Oil also supports efficient absorption of fat-soluble nutrients.

Use XCT Oil to add to or replace other oils in your diet (but do not replace them completely). Start using XCT Oil one teaspoon at a time and increase slowly over several days. Use up to 1-3 tablespoons per day.
Too much XCT Oil, especially if consumed on an empty stomach, can result in loose stools or a stomach ache. The best way to maximise energy is to mix XCT Oil with Upgraded™ Coffee, smoothies, salad dressings, or other recipes. XCT Oil is suitable for cooking below 160º Celsius (320º Fahrenheit).
